Dear Clients,

This Annoucement to be inform you we updated our Legal Document as known as Terms & Conditions.

The term was added:

SPAM & Abuse Fees (All Services)

Effective from 20/12/2022, we will collect the abuse fees $30 (apox. RM150) per abuse if the user triggers the abuse. For the first warning from our abuse team was not counted, if the second time receives abuse report, we will start collect the fees. The users need to pay the fees within 7 days, if failed to make payment, the server will suspend until the payment clear.
